It's been a long and winding road since I sewed my first dress in middle school, on my mom's singer at the kitchen table after trying not to ruin the carpet cutting the pieces out on the floor. If there's one thing to know about me, it's that I come from a long line of tinkerers. Making things with my hands is, as they say, in my blood (and imperative for me to stay sane if we're being honest). From that kitchen table, my creativity blossomed, from trying drawing and painting, to making jewelry, to knitting and crochet, and so much more, but eventually landed back on sewing after borrowing a friend's machine in college. I've made things for myself and friends, as well as some fun one-off projects to share online! I'm still cutting fabric on the floor, but I have my own studio now, and I'm ready to start making even more cool stuff for everyone!
